The first 30 days at a new gym are VITAL to set up habits for long-term success. We are committed to making those first 30 days the most safe, clear, and fun experience we can.

Our starting steps program includes 3 30 minute one-on-one sessions with a professional coach and then moves you into our group class program. The first 30 days will include extra support, accountability, and check-ins to make sure you are having the best possible experience.
