THE JOURNEY SYSTEM

The Journey System is a tiered approach to fitness, giving you a clear path on how to improve. We break this into four different pieces: LIFT, FLOW, BREATHE, LIVE

JOURNEY SYSTEM

We measure fitness across the four elements in a variety of ways, with several movements each. Based on your performance on these, you earn a ranking. The magic is over time, you progress along the Journey System, leveling up, always with a clear picture on how to progress and improve.

Our ranks are separated into:

-Apprentice (I, II, and III): New to Fitness/0-18 Months

-Warrior (I,II, and III): Experienced Practitioner/6+ Months

-Master (I,II, and III): High Level Performer/2+ Years

Every individual, regardless of experience level, starts as an Apprentice. This includes your guides!

LIFT:

LIFT: Squats, Deadlifts, Presses, Cleans, Lunges, Swings, Step-Ups.

Utilizing Barbells, Kettlebells, and Medicine balls.


FLOW:

FLOW: Push-ups, Rows, Pull-ups, Core Work, Bear Crawls,

Wall Walks, Handstands.


BREATHE:

BREATHE: Running, Rowing, Biking, Ski Erg, Jump Rope,

Burpees, Box Jumps.


LIVE:

LIVE: Fueling your body, Tracking Sleep, Recovery,

Meditation, Attendance Goals.
