We believe that every individual has the ability to define their own Mythos. We define Mythos as your ability to tell more true stories about yourself, to yourself. We do this through fitness.

The Journey system is a guide along this path, giving you clear benchmarks and a roadmap to develop your skills and tell your story through fitness.

LIFT:

LIFT: Squats, Deadlifts, Presses, Cleans, Lunges, Swings, Step-Ups.

Utilizing Barbells, Kettlebells, and Medicine balls.


FLOW:

FLOW: Push-ups, Rows, Pull-ups, Core Work, Bear Crawls,

Wall Walks, Handstands.


BREATHE:

BREATHE: Running, Rowing, Biking, Ski Erg, Jump Rope,

Burpees, Box Jumps.


LIVE:

LIVE: Fueling your body, Tracking Sleep, Recovery,

Meditation, Attendance Goals.
