Journey Classes

We define Mythos as your ability to tell more true stories about yourself, to yourself. We do this through fitness.

In our Journey classes, you will work with a coach and peers to develop yourself across 4 different areas. LIFT (Developing Strength), FLOW (Developing Coordination), BREATHE (Developing Cardio Capacity), LIVE (Developing Habits/Mindset).

Our classes are 45 minutes long and include a full workout brief, movement demos, warm-up, workout, and cooldown.
