We define Mythos as empowering health and fitness experiences to make you the hero of your own story. We accomplish this through Journey Fitness.
In our Journey classes, you will work with a coach and peers to develop yourself across 4 different areas. LIFT (Developing Strength), FLOW (Developing Coordination), BREATHE (Developing Cardio Capacity), LIVE (Developing Habits/Mindset).
Our classes are 50-55 minutes long and include a full workout brief, movement demos, warm-up, workout, and cooldown.
