CASEY CASTLEBERRY
Casey Castleberry has been a functional fitness trainer since 2013, accumulating nearly 3,000 hours of experience on the floor. He has a passion for working with beginner and intermediate athletes, and helping them recognize and achieve their full potential. He has a passion for gymnastics based movements, and nothing gets him more excited than watching an athlete get their first pull-up.
LEAD GUIDE/NUTRITION
CHRISTINE ROBERTS
Christine Roberts has been a fitness professional since October of 2017, with a myriad of experience including strength training, rowing, yoga, and HIIT style group classes.
Known for her great playlists and “straightforward“ cues, she is an expert at creating a welcoming environment for all levels.
Christine also holds her PN1 Nutrition Certification and has a heart for those looking to recover from toxic diet culture.
