OWNER/LEAD GUIDE

CASEY CASTLEBERRY

Casey Castleberry has been a functional fitness trainer since 2013, accumulating nearly 3,000 hours of experience on the floor. He has a passion for working with beginner and intermediate athletes, and helping them recognize and achieve their full potential. He has a passion for gymnastics based movements, and nothing gets him more excited than watching an athlete get their first pull-up.



CHIROPRACTIC/SOFT TISSUE WORK

DR. JESS NELSON

Dr. Jess Nelson brings in a wealth of health and fitness knowledge to Mythos 150. With a Doctorate in Chiropractic from Life University and a B.S. in Human Nutrition, Birthfit Methodology training, and certifications in several other fields, she is an excellent resource to making sure your body is working well.

Dr. Jess is known for her fun, light-hearted approach, making clients immediately feel comfortable. She is a big believer in helping you take control of your body and prevent pain and dysfunction.
