TRAINING YOU IS

OUR MISSION

We believe in 4 elements of fitness. Lift. Flow. Breathe. Live.

Mythos 150 runs group, one-on-one, and specialty fitness classes that focus on those elements.

We LIFT. Barbells, kettlebells, weights, medicine balls, odd objects. In as many ways as we can come up with.

We FLOW. Moving our bodies with gymnastics, yoga, primal movements.

We BREATHE. Hard. Running, biking, skiing, jumping.

We LIVE. Taking care to talk about sleep, nutrition, mindfulness, and stress management.

Our classes are split between one-on-one training, Journey group classes that focus on the 4 elements, and specialty classes for those who want to learn a little extra about a specific topic.
